4-story, 150,000 sq. ft office building. Steel-framed structure bearing on shallow foundations (spread footings) with a soil supported slab-on-grade at the ground level. Exterior fašade is a mix of masonry/precast and metal panel/glass.

Babson College Expansion, Wellesley, MA
50,000 sf of expansion and 37,000 sf of renovated space with three major components. Varsity Locker Room Additions/Staake Gymnasium Renovations (~34,000 sf) Athletic Cardio Addition & Renovations (~23,000 sf) Interior Space & Corridor Renovations (~30,000 sf)

413,000 sq ft residential project. Including 270,000 sq. ft. residential space, 23,000 sq. ft. retail space,120,000 sq. ft. parking below the building. Two levels of steel framing and 5 levels of wood framing above. Spread footing foundations on soil improvement. Work includes incorporation of existing steel framed pedestrian bridge into housing building.

101 Cambridge Park Drive, Cambridge, MA
5 story office/lab building of approximately 260,300 sq. ft. The building is steel framed and includes 3 parking levels below grade. Lab will be building category II with a large rooftop penthouse. Foundations include a slurry wall perimeter.

E on Main, Marlboro ,MA
98,000 sq. ft, 6 level (4 levels wood over two levels steel) 45 unit residential/ mixed use building. Foundations are spread footing type with a soil supported slab on grade and a full basement.

The Dior, Dedham, MA
5 level mixed-use building. The lowest level (partial basement) is parking. The ground level is parking and commercial use. The upper levels are residential. The building will comprise approximately 91,000 sq. ft. Ground floor (over the basement) and second floor will be steel framed, the upper levels will be wood framed. The foundations will be spread footing type with a soil supported slab on grade.

75 Hayden Avenue - Lexington, MA
A 4-story, approximately 200,000 square foot office/laboratory building. A 7-story precast parking garage for approximately 869 cars with building area of 292,000 square feet. An interconnecting pedestrian bridge between the garage and office/laboratory building.

Basketball Hall of Fame, Springfield, MA
Support for loads of new central lighting grid from main roof, new Saturn lighting ring, new hanging partitions, new Honors ring exhibit frame

Bayside Hotel - Boston, MA
Six level, 69,500 sq. ft addition to be built adjacent to the existing hotel. Structure to be a combination of steel and precast construction. Foundations will be pile type with a structural slab at grade.

Scott Hamilton Proton Center, Nashville, TN
Treatment Building, estimated to be 9,380 square feet, with 3 treatment rooms with integral in-room gantry equipment. Structure for the Treatment Building portion of the Proton Therapy Center (treatment rooms, beam transport tunnels, cyclotron vault, and mazes) is assumed to be cast-in-place concrete. Steel framed attached 3-story, approximately 40,000 square foot clinic space.

Shops at Riverwood, Hyde Park, MA
One story steel framed retail building of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. Includes tower/ canopy entry features and masonry perimeter. Spread footing foundations with slabs on grade.

571 Revere Street, Revere, MA
Approximately 82,000 sq ft residential project. Includes 2 levels of parking below 5 levels of residence. Two levels of steel framing and five levels of wood framing above that level. Spread footing foundations with a soil supported slab at grade.

33 New York Ave, Framingham, MA
Renovation of multiple sections of the building complex for lab use including: One story addition, Add three (3) tenant entries including new canopies, Creation of one (1) new loading dock, add new elevator, Fašade renovations, Add a second-floor level in the existing Reel Room space and in the Butler building. Remove sections of floor at the two story space. Add second floor at current high bay space. Provide seismic upgrade of all building sections.

Homewood Suites, Boston, MA
New Hotel of approximately 75,000 sq ft on 5-6 levels. Structural system will be steel framed with spread footing foundations.

Kelly Jeep/Chrysler, Lynnfield, MA
New one/two story building of approximately 40,000 sq.ft. Building will be steel framed. There is no basement. Foundations are assumed to be spread footing type with soil supported slabs on grade.

420 West Broadway, South Boston, MA
New residential building of approximately 44,000 sq. ft. + 18,000 sq. ft of parking. There is a basement, street level and 5 framed levels above that. The upper five framed levels are wood construction. The lower levels will be steel and concrete.
The foundations are to be spread footing type with soil supported slabs on grade Existing historical entry "wing" will become part of the new housing block. The other adjacent buildings will remain separated from the new work with an expansion joint.
